A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING COLLECTION OFFICER
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 1-A
CARLTON COURT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the City Treasurer of said City
be, and he is hereby, appointed as the person to whom pay-
ment of assessments shall be made under Resolution of
Intention No. 4369, adopted by this Council on February 7,
1966, and that his office in the City Hall, South San
Francisco, California, is hereby designated as the place at
which the said payments will be made, and the Superintendent
of Streets is hereby relieved of all responsibility in con-
nection with collecting said assessments.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly,
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 21st day of March, 1966,:
