A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR ACQUISITION OF LANDS
CONMUR STREET
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the Mayor of this City
be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute
in duplicate, on behalf of the City of South San Francisco,
that certain Agreement for Acquisition of Lands, Conmur
Street, between Diane Lawrence, Inc. and the City of South
San Francisco, this date presented to this Council, and
the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to attest
his signature and affix the official seal of the City
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 21st day of March, 1966,
by the following vote:
