RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGE OF NAME OF WEST PARK UNIT NO. 1 PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT TO WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT. AND ORDERING ANNEXATION OF TERRITORY TO SAID DISTRICT WEST PARK UNIT NO. 2 RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, said Council did, on the 21st day of F~bruar¥ , 1966, adopt its Resolution of Intention No~ 4386 to Annex Terri- tory to West Park Unit No. 1 Parks and Parkways Maintenance District, and did therein fix the time and place when and where said Council would hear and pass upon the proposal and any objec- tions to the inclusion~ WHEREAS, notice of said hearing has been duly published, posted and mailed for the time and in the manner and form provided by law, all as more particularly appears from the affidavits thereof on file in the office of the City Clerk~ and WHEREAS, a full hearing was had thereon at the time and place appointed and all.persons desiring to be heard were fully heard by this Councilj NOW~ THEREFORE~ IT IS ORDERED, as follows: 1. That no persons appeared and objected orally or in writing to the inclusion of said territory, or a portion of the property proposed to be included, in said Maintenance District 2. That it is hereby determined that the territory proposed to be annexed, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A''~ attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, will be benefited by annexation to the Maintenance District, and that the boundaries of the Maintenance District be, and they are hereby, altered to include such benefited territory3 3. That the name of the West Park Unit No. i Parks and Parkways Maintenance District be~ and the same is hereby~ changed to "West Park Parks and Parkways Maintenance District"~ said change of name to be effective for all purposes upon the filing by the City Clerk of a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the County Assessor of the County of San Mateo and with the State Board of Equalization, pursuant to Section 5854 of the Streets and Highways Code; 4. That the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, directed to file with said County Assessor and the State Board of Equalization a certified copy of this resolution, together with a map or plat indicating the boundaries of said annexation, pursuant to Sections 54900 et seq. of the Government Code; 5. That this resolution be entered in full upon the minutes. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 21st day of March, 1966, by the following vote: A~ES, COUNCII~EN NOES, " ABSENT, " Frank J. Rozzi None None ATTEST: - 2 - EXHIBIT "A" TERRITORY TO BE ANNEXED TO WEST PARK UNIT NO. 1 PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT WEST PARK UNIT NO. 2 All of Lots 42, 43, 44, 47 and 49 and portions of Lots 45, 46 and 48 in Block 2~ all of lots llO to 130 inclusive and 133 to 157 inclusive and ~ortions of Lots 109, 131 and 132 in Block ?~ all the Lots in Block ~; all of Carter Drive, Shamrock Ct., Cashlea Ct., Leix Way and Cork Place and a portion of 0akmont Drive, as said Lot% Blocks, Drives, Courts, Way and Place are shown on that certain map entitled "Westborough - West Park Unit No. 2, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California", filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California, on November 19, 1964 in Book 61 of Maps, at Pages 17, 18 and 19, more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Lot 42 in Block 2, said corner being an angle point in the exterior boundary of aforesaid Westborough - West Park Unit No. 2~ thence from said POINT OF BEGIN- NING along said exterior boundary North 26° 43' 35" West 8.48 feet3 North 17° 02' 35" West 935.89 feet~ North 46~ 12' 25" East 136.87 feet to a point in the southeasterly line of the City of Daly City strip of land 1.00 feet wide, adjacent to the southeasterly line of King Drive as said strip of land and Drive are shown on that certain map entitled "Serramonte, Unit No. 1, Daly City, San Mateo County, California", filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California on June 17, 1965, in Book 62 of Maps, at Pages 29, 30 and 31; thence along last said line from a tangent bearing North 71~ 24' 57" East, on the arc of a curve to the left, with a radius of 839.92 feet (840.00 feet, Map), subtending a central angle of 25" 12' 32" an arc distance of 369.55 feet~ North 46~ 12' 25" East 98.72 feet (North 45° 00' East 98.73 feet, Map)~ tangent to the last said course, on the arc of a curve to the right with a radius of 599.95 feet (600.00 feet, Map), subtending a central angle of 28° 21' 58", an arc distance of 297.02 feet to a point in the north- easterly line of aforesaid Oakmont Drive (in the exterior boundary of aforesaid Westborough - West Park, Unit No. 2) distant thereon South 38° 58' East 152.57 feet from the Northeast corner thereof~ thence along said exterior boundary of Westborough - West Park Unit No. 2 South 38° 58' East 1331.93 feet3 South 51~ 02' West 209.00 feet; North 38~ 58' West 18.00 feet~ South 51" 02' West 236.50 feet~ North 38~ 58' West 10.00 feet3 South 51° 02' West 33.50 feet to a point in the southwesterly line of aforesaid Lot 109 in Block 7, distant thereon North 51 02' East 3.00 feet from the southwesterly corner thereof~ thence leaving said exterior boundary along the line parallel with the southwesterly line of aforesaid Lots 109, 131 and 132 in Block 7 and at right angles distant 3.00 feet thereof North 38* 58' West 76.00 feet to the southwesterly corner of Lot 133 in Block 7 in the exterior boundary of aforesaid Westborough - West Park, Unit No. 2~ thence along said exterior boundary North 38" 58' West 136.00 feet; South 51" 02' West 89.95 feet~ South 76° 57' 36" West 432.28 feet; South 71° 18' 29" West 300.15 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
