CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT OF STREET AND
HIGHWAY EASEMENT FROM THE ROMAN CATHOLIC
ARCHBISHOP OF SAN FRANCISCO - FOURTH LANE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Grant of Street and Highway
Easement dated the 8th day of February 1966, executed by
the Roman Catholic Archbishop of San Francisco, wherein
a street and highway easement is granted over a parcel
of property therein described, is hereby accepted, and
the City Clerk is authorized to record said Grant in the
office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County.
