A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON
SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1
SECOND SALE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
1. The City Clerk of said City be, and he is
hereby, directed to call for bids for the sale of $~80, OOO
of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution
of Intention No. 4271, adopted by this Council on August
16, 1965, as subsequently amended. Said notice, in form
to be prepared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be
given by the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to
the various banks and bond houses interested in the pur-
chase of such bonds, at least ten days before the date
of sale of said bonds. Said bkds are to be received at
12:00 o'clock P.M. on April 18 ~ 1966.
2. The C~ty will furnish the legal opinion of the
law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo,
California, unqualzfiedly approving the legality of the
proceedings and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held on the 21st day of March, 1966, by the following vote:
