CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREE-
MENTS WITH SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY
FOR THE FOLLOWING RAILROAD CROSSINGS: FORBES
BOULEVARD CROSSING NO. E-10.64-C AND FORBES
BOULEVARD CROSSING NO. E-10.73-C
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of Agreements
for railroad crossings at Forbes Boulevard, No. E-10.64-C
and No. E-10.73-C, are hereby authorized, and the Mayor
of said City is authorized to execute said Agreements on
behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 21st day 'of March
19 66 , by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
