A RESOLb~flON ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUB-
LIC ~ILITY EASEMENTS FROM CABOT, CABOT
& FORBES CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES, INC. -
CABOT. CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the grant of public utility
easements executed by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California
Properties, Inc., a Delaware corporation, wherein said
grantor conveys to City the three public utility easements
therein described, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk
is authorized to record said grant in the Official Records
of the County of San Marco.
