A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0.4382
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that Resolution No.4382 entitled
"A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASE-
MENT - WEST SIDE SPRUCE AVENUE (ATKINSON PROPERTY)",
passed the 7th day of February, 1966, is hereby rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of April
19 66, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern, Emilio
