HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4448-1966 RESOLUTION NO. ,,4__44~__ A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COST AND DIRECTING PAYMENT CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work in proceedings being conducted by this Council pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4236, adopted by this Council on June 28, 1965, as subsequently amended~ has prepared and filed with the City Clerk, a Certificate as to the cost of construct- ing the improvements being acquired by the City of South San Francisco in said proceedings; and WHEREAS, said Certificate has been validated by the City Engineer; NOW, THEREFORE, IT ZS ORDERED.~ that the amounts set forth in said Certificate are hereby approved for payment out of the Construction Fund for said project without fur- ther action by this Council. InC. pursuant to contract hereto attached Construction of temporary pump station for dewatering tideland area, constructed by the following contractors pursuant to contracts hereto attached, as follows: a) JohnSton Pump Compagy $ 2,874.56 Less: Credit for lb-inch pump strainer ?0.40 2,80~.16 b) Paul Boulllin Enterprises, Inc. 11,O00.00 5 Construction of temporary power supply line to dewatering pump, as follows: a) Bergesen Electric, Inc., pursuant to contract hereto attached #,781.oo b) Pacific Gas & Electric Co.
