A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
CONMUR STREET AND DIANNE COURT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City o¢ South San Francisco,
California, that the amount of $Q2,785.52 shall be paid forthwith into
escrow with the W~stern Tif]e Guaranty Company. for d~liv~ry to Diane
Lawrence, Inc., pursuant to that certain Agreement for Acquisition of
Lands, dated March 21, 1966, unon satisfaction of th~ conditions therein
set forth.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 18th day of April, 1966, by the following
vote:
