CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
STEEL SHELVING AND LIBRARY FURNITURE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO LIBRARY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City
Council and published notice, bids were publicly opened,
examined and declared on the llth day of April ,
19 66 , for the furnishing of labor, materials and ser-
vices required for the following:
Steel Shelving and Library Furniture
South San Francisco Library
840 WeSt Orange Avenue
South San Francisco, California
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said
proposals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned and
hereby awards the contract for furnishing of labor, mater-
ials and services necessary therefor to the lowest respon-
sible bidder, to wit:
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized
to enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate
seal of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a reaular
meeting held on the 18th day of April
