CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
A JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT BETWEEN COUNTY
OF SAN MATEO AND CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO FOR ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR
PROPOSED WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD BETWEEN
WEST ORANGE AVENUE AND EL CAMINO REAL
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that an
agreement be entered into between the City of South San
Francisco and the County of San Mateo regarding the ac-
quisition of a right of way for the establishment of that
portion of Westborough Boulevard between West Orange
Avenue and E1 Camino Real within the City of South San
Francisco as a County highway of said County, and a form
of Agreement providing therefor has been presented to
the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DETERMINED
that the Mayor of the City of South San Francisco be, and
he is hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Agreement for and on behalf of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, and the City Clerk of said City shall attest his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 2nd
by the following vote:
