CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR THE PROCESSING AND REMOVAL
OF SLUDGE DISCHARGED AT SEWAGE TREATMENT
PLANT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Agreement with Tillo Pro-
ducts Company, a corporation, providing for the process-
ing and removal of sludge discharged at the Sewage Treat-
ment Plant, is hereby authorized, said execution to be
made by City upon receiving approval for the execution
of said contract from the City of San Bruno.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a ~o~u!~r
