CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A CORPORATION GRANT
DEED FROM PENINSULA MASTER BUILDERS - EASE-
MENTS FOR UNDERGROUND PUBLIC UTILITIES,
FIRE ALARM SYSTEM AND INCIDENTAL PURPOSES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the acceptance of the Corporation
Grant Deed, executed by Citizen's Auxiliary Corporation,
a corporation, as Trustee, and Peninsula Master Builders,
a general partnership composed of Ripley Development Co.,
a corporation, Bates Investment Co., a corporation, and
Bennington Construction Co., a corporation, wherein a con-
veyance is made of three parcels as easements for underground
public utilities, fire alarm system and incidental purposes
over the parcels therein described, is hereby authorized,
and the City Clerk is authorized to record said Corporation
Grant Deed together with this Resolution in the Official
Records of San Mateo County.
