CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ORDERING COLLECTION OF FEES AND
CHARGES TO DEFRAY ADMINISTRATIVE AND OTHER
COSTS IN DIVISION OF LAND AND BOND PROCEEDINGS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. Prior to the commencement of Division of Land
and Bond Proceedings, the City Clerk shall collect
Twenty-Five and No Cents Dollars ($ 25.00 )
for each of the component parts of the original parcel
plus the cost of publishing notice of publication if no-
tice is required.
2. The fees and charges collected shall be for the
purpose of defraying administration and other costs inci-
dental to conducting the proceeding.
3. This Resolution shall supersede Resolution No. 289~.

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
