CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTM SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE COUNCIL'S INTENTION
TO AMEND SECTION 6 AND SUBSECTIONS TflEREOF OF
ORDINANCE NO.353 AS AMENDED ENTITLED "ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO"
PASSED AND ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1966
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby declare its intention
to amend Section 6 and the Subsections thereof of Ordin-
ance No.353 as amended, so that said section and subsec-
tions thereof shall read as set forth in a proposed ordin-
ance entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRAN-
CISCO AMENDING SECTIONS 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 AND SUBSECTIONS
THEREOF OF ORDINANCE NO.353 AS AMENDED ENTITLED 'ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO' PASSED AND
ADOPTED AUGUST 10, 1954", copy of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk of said City.
2. A copy of this Resolution and a copy of the pro-
posed amending Ordinance. be forwarded to the Planning Com-
mission by the City Clerk together with a request that
said Commission set a public hearing as required by law
.of said proposed amendment, giving the required notice,
and following said hearing, make a report of its findings
and recommendations with respect to the proposed amendment,
filing with the City Council an attested copy of such re-
port through the office of the City Clerk.
3. The City Clerk upon receipt of the report and re-
commendations of the Planning Commission shall set the
matter for public hearing before the City Council and
cause notice thereof to be published as required by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 6th day of June
