CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING VIOLA HAPPY
WHEREAS, Viola Happy, a dedicated teacher, has imple-
mented the lives of her pupils with the "joyful process of
leax~tng and discovery", and,
WHEREAS, the members of the Council desire to share
the night of appreciation on June 8, 1966, with her many
friends and admirers by commending her for contributing to
the welfare of the many students whose lives she has graced
with her talent and dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco that the members of
the Council do commend Viola Happy for dedicating her ta-
lents and energies to the welfare of.the students of South
San Francisco and do further order 'that this Resolution be
presented to Viola Happy .on June 8, 1966 as our message of
appreciation to her.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution
be recorded in the Official Records of the City of South
San Francisco as a permanent recognition of her services
to the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 6th
by the following vote:
