A RESOLUTION APPROVING ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS AND
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4450 ENTITLED
"A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT FOR ROAD.RIGHT-OF-WAY"
CONMUR STREET AND DIANNE COURT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, as follows:
lo That the Resolution cited in the title, adopted
by this Council on April 18, 1966, is amended to provide
that the amount to be paid into the escrow with Western
Title Guaranty Company, as provided in said Resolution, is
hereby reduced from $22,785.52 to $20,785°52, and said es-
crow is hereby directed to surrender to the City the war-
rant in the original amount and the City will issue a war-
rant in the new amount.
2o That said Resolution No. 4450 is further amended
to provide that said amount shall be paid to the parties
entitled thereto, rather than Diane Lawrence, Inc., wherein
the conditions set forth in the Agreement for Acquisition
of Lands, dated March 21, 1966, have been satisfied°
3o That said escrow is further directed to recognize
the provisions of that certain Agreement by and between
Walter Eo Kasprzyk, Julia R. Kasprzyk and Thunder Develop-
ment COo, dated June 5, 1966, a copy of which accompanies
this resolution.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of
June, 1966, by the following vote:
AYES, Councilmen: Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahern,
Emilio Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J.
Rozzi.
NOES, " None.
ABSENT, " None ·
