HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4485-1966 RESOLUTION NO. 4485 A RESOLUTION ORDERING WORK BY FORCE ACCOUNT CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2 STAGE 1 FILL IMPROVEMENTS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the City itself perform the work of construction of the Stage i Fill Improvements proposed to be done pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 4236, adopted by this Council on June 28, 1965, as subsequently amended, in accordance with the specifications and plans adopted for such work pursuant to said Resolution of Inten- tion, and employ the labor and provide the material, appli- ances and supplies necessary therefor, and that the cost thereof be paid from the Construction Fund to be created in the office of the City Treasurer pursuant to the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Engineer of Work and the Soils Engineer are hereby authorized to carry out the terms of this resolution forthwith. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro- duced and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 6th day of June, 1966 hy the following vote: AYES, COUNCILM~N NOES, " ABSENT, " Frank J. Rozzi None None ATTEST: RESOLUTION NO. 4486 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION N0.4461 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that Resolution No.4461, passed the 2nd day of May, 1966, entitled "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROCESSING AND REMOVAL OF SLUDGE DISCHARGED AT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT" is here- by rescinded. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of regular , 19 66 , the City of South San Francisco at a meeting held on the 6th day of June by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN NOES, " ,, ABSENT, Frank J.
