CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT FOR PROCESSING AND REMOVAL OF
SLUDGE DISCHARGED AT SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT
WITH TILLO PRODUCTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Agreement with Tillo Products
Company, a corporation, providing for the processing,and
removal of sludge discharged at the Sewage Treatment Plant,
dated the 6th day of June, 1966, is hereby authorized,
said execution to be made by City upon receiving approval
for the execution of said Agreement from the City of San
Bruno.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by. the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of June , 19 66
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " None
