A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT WITH
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES, INC.
FOR THE ACQUISITION OF THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
TO BE MADE ON
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO: 2
STAGE I FILL IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, there has been this day presented to this Council
a form of contract entitled "Agreement for Acquisition of
Improvements, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit No. 2,
Stage i Fill Improvements", which has been approved as to form
by the City Attorney and by the Bonding Attorney appointed in
the proceedings had and to be had in said project, and which
contract has been executed by said'Corporation; and
WHEREAS, this Council has read and c~nsidered the provi-
sions of said contract, and the public interest and econom~ w~ll
be serve~ thereby;
NOW, THEBRWORE, IT IS ORDERED, that the Mayor execute
said contract in the nameof the City in such multiple copies
as are necessary or useful, and that the City Clerk attest his
signature and affix thereto the corporate seal.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Resolution No. 4485, A ReSOlu-
tion Ordering Work by Force Account, adopted by this Council
on June 6,. 1966 be, and it is hereby, rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
special meeting held this 15th day of June, 1966, hy the following votes
