CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING .TENTATIVE MAP
OF ~WESTBOROUGH - WEST PARK NO.1
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The tentative map entitled "Tentative Map of
Amended Map of Westborough-West Park Unit No.1, South
San Francisco, California", prepared by Theodore V.
Tronoff, Civil Engineer and Surveyor, dated March 2,
1966 (with date March 31, 1966 stamped in red), Survey
No.5744, Drawing No. WWP-T-1, consisting of 6 sheets,
and showing on Sheet 5 the endorsement "Park 2.5 plus or
minus acres" and "School 7.5 plus or minus acres", ini-
tialed by Michael Callan, Developer, is approved on the
following conditions:
a. The conditions made in the recommendation
of the Planning Commission on May 9, 1966, and set
forth in the minutes of said Commission of said date.
b. The approval of the map shall and does not
change or modify the designation or use of the park
and school site as shown on Sheet 5 and as previous-
ly shown on the.prior subdivision map and general
development plans for said area.
c. The division of Lot 1 as shown on Sheet 2
of said map and further shown in more detail on the
map entitled "Tentative Parcel Map, Division of Lot 1,
Westborough-West Park Unit No.1, South San Francisco,
California", prepared by Theodore V. Tronoff, Civil
Engineer and Surveyor, dated May 4, 1966 (with
date May 4, 1966 stamped in red), Survey No.5744,
Drawing No.WWP-T-7, stands approved.
2. The tentative map of amended maps, Survey No.
5744, Drawing No. WWP-T-2, more particularly described
hereinbefore, shall bear the endorsement "Approved by
Resolution No. , passed the day of
19 , and the tentative parcel map, Division of Block 1,
hereinbefore referred to, shall bear the endorsement
"Approved by Resolution No. , passed the day
of , 19 , and the City Clerk is author-
ized to complete said blanks with the appropriate number
and dates.
