CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING REPORT OF ANNUAL
SEWER RENTALS AND CHARGES FOR 1966/67
PURSUANT TO ORDINANCE NO.396 AS AMENDED
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No.396, as amended,
sewer rentals and charges are required to be assessed on
the City tax rolls and collected with the regular munici-
pal taxes, and,
WHEREAS, the written report charging each parcel with
the sewer rentals and charges has been duly filed with the
City Clerk and required published notices of hearing on
said reports have been made, and,
WHEREAS, hearing was duly'held on the 5%h day of
July , 19 66, at 8 o'clock p.m. by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco in regular session, and
protest not having been made by owners of a majority of
the separate parcels of property described in said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco does hereby adopt the
sewer rentals and charges filed with the City Clerk for
1966/67 and said rentals and charges shall be assessed on
the City tax rolls and collected with the regular municipal
taxes, and said rentals and charges shall, as set forth in
Ordinance No.396, as amended, constitute a lien on the
respective parcels of real property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall cause
a copy of this Resolution to be published within fifteen
(15) days after passage, in the South San Francisco "Enter-

prise-Journal", a newspaper of general circulation, pub-
lished in the City of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 5th day of July
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
