CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING CITY COUNCIL'S
INTENTION TO ESTABLISH A 15-FOOT SETBACK
ADJACENT TO SPRUCE AVENUE RIGHT OF WAY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The Council hereby declares its intention
to establish a 15-foot setback adjacent to the Spruce
Avenue right of way.
2. The necessary proceedings be undertaken
to establish said regulation in existing zones for
properties adjacent to said right of way.
3. Acquisition of the seven-foot portion of
the setback for right of way purposes be made pur-
suant to City's Zoning'Permit, Building Permit or
other authority and powers when authorized by the
City Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City
Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held on the 5th
day of July , 19 66 , by the following
vote:
