A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT
FOR THE INSTALLATION~ MAINTENANCE AND
OPERATION OF AiSYSTEM OF WATER SUPPLY
STONEGATEI RIDGE UNIT N0o 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, there has been this day presented to this
Council a form of Agreement For The Installation, Mainte-
nance And Operation of a System of Water Supply among the
City, Stonegate Ridge Investment COo, and California Water
Service Company, which has been approved as to form by the
City Attorney and bond counsel appointed in said proceedings
being conducted pursuant to Resolution of Intention NCo ~271,
adopted August 16, 1965o ~
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said Agreement~is
hereby approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute stid
Agreement, in triplicate, on behalf of the City, and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest his signature and to affix the
corporate seal of the City thereto°
I hereby certify that the for~oo],ng resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held thi~ !Sth day of July, 1966, by the following vote:
