A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT
WITH PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY AND
STONEGATE RIDGE INVESTMENT COo
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NOo 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, there has been this day presented to this
Council a form of Contract among the City, Pacific Gas and
Electric Company, and Stonegate Ridge Investment Coo, which
has been approved as to form by the City Attorney and bond
counsel appointed in said proceedings being conducted pur-
suant to Resolution of Intention No. 4271, adopted August 16,
1965.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that said Contract is
hereby approved and the Mayor .is authorized to execute said
Contract, inquadruplicate, on behalf of the City, and the City
Clerk is authorized to attest his .signature and to affix the
corporate seal of the City thereto°
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 1st day of August, lg66, hy the following
vote=
