A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES
AND MODIFICATIONS
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C
ZONE· III
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the public interest and convenience
require, and it is the intention .of this Council to make the follow-
ing changes and modifications in the acquisitions to be had, the
improvements to be made, and the estimate of costs contained in the
report prepared pursuant to Resolution of Intention NO o 2815 adopted
by this Council on June 15, 1959, to wit:
lo Change and modify the quantities and the amounts of the
several items of work to be done and acquisitions to be had in accord-
ance with the "Revised Engineer's Estimate." dated March 22, 1961,
on file in the office of the City Clerk.
2o Said changes and modifications will all be made in accord-
ance with the report thereof on file in the office of the City Clerk
entitled "Revised Estimate-South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit
2-C-Zone III-Carl Eo Kirker-July 1966".
3. MONDAY, the 15th day of August, 1966, at the hour of
8:00 o'clock PoMo, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San
Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and place when
and where the Council will consider and finally act upon said pro-
posed changes and modifications, at which time all persons interested
therein may be heard°
4. At least ten (10) days before the day fixed for hearing,
the City Clerk shall cause a copy of this Resolution to be published
in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation print-
ed and published in said City, it being the newspaper in which the
Notice of Improvement was published.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this ls% day of AUgust, 1966, by the following
vote~
