CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
SAN MATEO AVENUE PROPOSED GRADE
RAISING AND NEW DRAINAGE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHE~S, pursuant to previous order of the City Gouncil
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 27th day of July , 1966
'for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
"SAN MATEO AVENUE PROPOSED GRADE RAISING
AND NEW DRAINAGE"
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
The Lowrte Paving Company, Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
gularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
· City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 1st day of Auoust

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DISTRICT OF
BROADMOOR PROVIDING FOR POLICE DISPATCH-
ING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of an agreement bet-
ween the City of South San Francisco and the District of
Broadmoore entitled "AGREEMENT FOR DISPATCHING SERVICE"
is hereby authorized, and the Mayor of said City is
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City, and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 1st day of August
by the following vote:
