CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING MAP AND REPORT AMEND-
ING THE SELECT SYSTEM OF CITY STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS AND REQUESTING APPROVAL THEREOF BY
THE CALIFORNIA HIGHWAY COMMISSION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, County of San Mateo, has adopted a resolution
dated August 19, 1963, indicating its desire to receive
funds made available by the Collier-Unruh Local Transport-
ation Development Act, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco did adopt the ,~p and report dated August 31,
1964, entitled "Map of Select System Report, City of South
San Francisco, August 31, 1964", and said map and report
has been approved by the California Highway Commission on
October 29, 1964, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend said Select
System of Streets and Highways to include certain streets
or portions thereof hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
1. That said Select System of Streets and Highways
be amended to include the following:
a. The southern terminus of Gellert Boulevard
C-155 (formerly named North Olympic) be relocated
from Olympic Drive to the Gellert Boulevard Inter-
section at Westborough Boulevard as shown on the
map entitled "Amendment 2 - 1966, South San Francis-
co Select System of Streets and Highways", which is
by this reference made a part hereof.
b. That unconstructed Leix Avenue C-163
and unconstructed Cavan Drive C-164, from Callan
Drive to future Leix Avenue be replaced by Green-
dale Drive (C-163) as shown on the map entitled
"Amendment 2 - 1966, South San Francisco Select
System of Streets and Highways", which is by' this
reference made a part hereof.
c. Add unconstructed Galway Drive C-168, from
Westborough Boulevard to future Greendale Drive and
unconstructed Radburn Drive C-169, from future Gal-
way Drive to future King Drive, as shown on that
map entitled "Amendment 2 - 1966, South San Francis-
co Select System of Streets and Highways", which is
by this reference made a part hereof.
2. That the map and report entitled "Amendment 2 -
1966, South San Francisco Select System of Streets and High-
ways", copies of which are on file in the office of the
City Clerk and the Director of Public Works setting forth
said streets known as Gellert Boulevard C-155, Greendale
Drive C-163, Galway Drive C-168, and Rudburn Drive C-169
as amendments to the Select System of Streets and Highways
are hereby approved and adopted.
3. That Cwo copies of this resolution together with
said map and report be filed in the office of the Depart-
ment of Public Works, SCare of California, through the
district office of Division of Highways, 150 Oak Street,
San Francisco, California.
4. That the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco by this Resolution petitions the California
Highway Commission to approve the aforegoing amendment
and the map and report as an amendment of the Select
System of City Streets and Highways dated August 31, 1964,
and approved by the California Higl~ay Commission on
October 29, 1964.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 1st day of
