CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM WESTERN TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY
(CONMUR STREET RIGHT OF WAY)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the acceptance of the Grant Deed
from Western Title Guaranty Company, San Marco County
Division, a corporation, to the City of South San Francis-
co, a municipal corporation, dated the 22nd day of July,
1966, conveying to City the property described as follows,
is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is authorized to
record said Deed in the Official Records of San Marco
County.
The following is a description of the property set
forth in said Deed which is accepted by this Resolution:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southwesterly pro-
duction of the Southeasterly line of Alta Vista
Drive, formerly Fairway Drive, distant thereon
South 58° 45' West 420 feet from the Southwester-
ly line of Lot 18 in Block lettered "C", as
shown on the Map of Tract No.534 Country Club
Park, filed in the office of the Recorder of the
County of San Mateo, State of California, on
May 9, 1941, in Book 23 of Maps at pages 54, 55,
561 thence from said point of beginning South
31° 15' East 280 feet; thence South 58° 45' West
57.94 feet; thence North 31° 15' West 260 feet;
thence 31.42 feet on a tangent 20 feet radius
curve to the left subtended by a central angle
of 90° to the Southwesterly production of the
Southeasterly line of Alta Vista Drive, former-
ly Fairway Drive; thence along said Southwester-
ly production of the Southeasterly line of Alta
Vista Drive, formerly Fairway Drive North 58° 45'
East 77.94 feet to the point of beginning.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Coun-
cil of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 15th day of AuQust
