CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION
MAP OF BOTHIN SUBDIVISION NO.2 AND AUTHOR-
IZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT REGARDING
COLMA CREEK
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The Final Subdivision Map entitled "Bothin Sub-
division No.2, South San Francisco, San Marco County, Calif-
ornia'', dated June 1966, consisting of two sheets, is hereby
approved, and the easements thereby dedicated are accepted,
and the execution of the respective certificates by officers
of the City is hereby authorized.
2. The execution of the Agreement entitled "AGREEMENT-
BOTHIN SUBDIVISION NO.2, COLMA CREEK DRAINAGE EASEMENT AND
ADJACENT 50-FOOT ACCESS AND MAINTENANCE EASEMENT" is hereby
authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City, and City Clerk attests his
signature thereto.
3. The City Clerk is authorized to record this Reso-
lution, the said Final Map and the said Agreement in the
official records of San Marco County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 15th day of August
