CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CANCEL-
LATION OF LEASE BETWEEN CITY AND UNITED PACK-
ING COMPANY, A CORPORATION (A. C. FREEMAN)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that cancellation of the lease dated
December 20, 1948, which was recorded June 26. 1950 in
Volume 1884, at page 311, in the official records of the
Recorder of San Mateo County, which lease was between
United Packing Company, a corporation, as Lessor, and
t~he City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
as Lessee, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is author-
ized to execute said cancellation on behalf of the City,
and the City Clerk attests his signature thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 15th day of Auqust
by the following vote:
