A RESOLUTION ORDERING CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C
ZONE III
RESOLVED, by the C~ty Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 4505 of this
Council ordering same, adopted on August l, 1966, notice
has been duly given of the intention of th~s Council to
change and modify the proceedings under Resolution of
Intention No. 2815, adopted on June 15, 1959; and
WHEREAS, no persons interested appeared or filed
written protests against said proceedings or any part
thereof, and all persons desiring tO be heard were given
an opportunity to be heard, and all matters and things per-
taining to said changes and modifications were fully heard
and considered by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that:
1. All protests and objections be, and they are
hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in the proceedings
under said Resolution of Intention be made and had, all as
more particularly described and set forth in said Resolu-
tion No. 4505, adopted August l, 1966.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 15th day of August, 1966, by the following
vote~
