CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A RETIREMENT
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. A Retirement Advisory Committee of not more than
three (3) members be established;
2. The members of the Committee be appointed by the
Mayor with the approval of the City Council;
3. Not more than two (2) members of the Committee
shall be retired employees of the City of South San Fran-
cisco;
4. The members of the Committee shall serve for a
one-year period, and the first appointee shall serve from
the date of appointment to the end of the calendar year
in which appointed~ and the Mayor with the approval of
the Council shall reappoint said members or make new ap-
pointments to said Retirement Advisory Committee at the
first meeting in January each year;
5. The Committee shall keep informed regarding re-
tirement laws and benefits available to employees and re-
tired employees of the City and file advisory reports
with the City Council.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
