CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1966-67 - WEST PARK PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes
for the fiscal year 1966-67 for the WEST PARK PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at One Dollar and Eight Cents
($1.O8) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($1OO.OO) of assessed
value of all real property in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy
of this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may
compute and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
One Dollar and Eight Cents ($1.08) per One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated and
assessed as being in said WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAIN-
TENANCE DISTRICT.
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adJourmed regular
meeting held this 2~d day of August , 19 66 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca, amd C~ido J. Rozzi.
