CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AIfrHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT AMENDING THE AGREEMENT BET-
WEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AND
THE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DIST-
RICT DATED THE 4TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1963
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
Agreement amending the Agreement between the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and the
South San Francisco Unified School District, dated the
4th day of November, 1963, wherein provision is made for
a change in responsibilities regarding maintenance of
certain areas, is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the
City, and City Clerk'attests his signature thereto.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reQular
meeting held on the 6th day of September , 19 6.6
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Emilio Cortesi,
Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
