CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EX-
PENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM
THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of South San Francisco, hereinafter referred to as
"City", and the State Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the "Department",
on March 8, 1961, for expenditure of State-allocated funds,
and
WHEREAS, a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on June 1, 1966, showing
the estimated expenditures of such funds recommsnded to be
made during the 1966-67 fiscal year, and
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on June
24, 1966, has been presented to the City Council in accord-
ance with the project statement submitted by City, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the
contents thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
that said budget be, and is hereby, adopted as the budget
of expenditures recommended to be made from such funds
during the 1966-67 fiscal year.
I hereby certify.that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
