A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC ~REST
AND NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION O~'."6'ERTAIN
LAND AND DIRECTING THE FILING OF EMINENT 'DQMA~N
PROCEEDINGS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, Cslifornia, that
WHEREAS, it is the intention of this City COuncil
const'ruct and maintain public utilities in and on
hereinafter described
NOW, THEREFORE~ IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and
follows:
1. That the public interest and necessity require the'
acquisition, construction and completion of public utilities
and work auxiliary thereto, in, over and across the parcels of
land more particularly described in Exhibit "g", attach~l~'
hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, wlthin.i!"~aid
City of South San Francisco, and the taking of an eas~nt
for public utility purposes in, over and across sal~'..'~a'~Cels
of land is necessary for said improvements. ~.~
2. That said proposed acquisitions and improvements
planned and located in the manner which will be most compatibl
with the greatest public good and the least private injury~
all of said acquisition is situated within the boundaries' o~
City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of'
Cai ifornia ....
3. That the law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch a'nS,
John Noonan, City Attorney for said City of South San i~ranCisco
who are attorneys for said City of South San Francisc
they are hereby directed to institute and conduct to ~clusion
an action in eminent domain for the acquisition of th~id
easements for public utility purposes, and to take s,~ action
as is necessary therein, and said law firm of W~lson.~?~?ones,,...
