A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
ANENDNENT TO AGREEI~NT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, that
WHEREAS, said City Council has examined and considered that certain
Amendment to Agreement, a copy of which is hereto attached as Exhibit "A"
and incorporated herein, by reference.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERAalNED and ORDERED, that the Mayor
of said City is authorized and directed to execute said Amendment to
Agreement, in duplicate, on behalf of the City, and the City Clerk is
authorized to attest his signature and to affix the corporate seal of the
City thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted hy the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at an adjourned regular meeting held this 12th day of September, 1966, by
the following votes
