A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENTS FROM
CABOT~ CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOb'fH SAN FP~aNClSCO, that:
The grant of utility and anchor easements executed
by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Galifornia Properties, Inc., a Del-
aware Corporation, on September 26, 1966, conveying a public
utility easement and certain anchor easements over, across,
and through the parcels therein described, is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized to record said easements in
the official records of San Marco County.
