CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING PERMIT
AND HAULING PERMIT TO AMERICAN BRIDGE
DIVISION, UNITED STATES STEEL CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works hav-
ing filed a report of his recommendations on the applic-
ation of American Bridge Division, United States Steel
Corporation, for a Grading Permit to fill and grade an
area described as the "storage yard area", and more par-
ticularly described in the application and soils report,
and a Permit to haul earth to said site, the City Council
hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue the Grading and
Hauling Permit entitled "Grading Permit and Hauling Permit
to American Bridge Division~ United States Steel Corporation".
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a
