CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A HAULING PER-
MIT TO GUY F. ATKINSON COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that a permit to haul excavated earth
as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto be issued to
Guy F. Atkinson Company upon the filing in the office of
the City Clerk of a bond in the sum of Ten/housand and No Cents
Dollars (~ 10.000.00 ) to indemnify City for any damage
which said permittee may do to sidewalks, pavements or
sewers, and said bond shall also provide for indemnifying
the City for cost of removing from sidewalks or pavements
all earth or material as may have fallen or spilled from
trucks, and said bond shall inure to the benefit of the City
and shall give City the right of action thereon in the event
permittee fails to remove the earth or material from the
sidewalks or pavements or repair any sidewalks or pavements
or sewers damaged in conducting said hauling operation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and 'adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reQular
meeting held on the 3rd day of October
