CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CO~[ENDING PEARL MANCHESTER
FOR HER SERVICES TO THE CITY AND AUTHOR-
IZING ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF
RECOGNITION
WHEREAS, faithful and capable employees enable
municipal and other governmental agencies to serve
the public well, and
WHEREAS, the City of South San Francisco, a muni-
cipal corporation, has been fortunate in having the
faithful and capable services of Pearl Manchester for
eleven years, during which period she performed the
duties of secretary to the Director of Public Works, and
WHEREAS, her devotion to duty and the quality of
her services have been of great benefit to the City and
its residents, and because of this the City desires to
commend her and issue to her a Certificate of Recognition.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of
South San Francisco does hereby commend Pearl Manchester
'for her faithful and capable services to the City of
South San Francisco and issue to her a Certificate of
Recognition.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco at a r.gular
me.ting held on the 3rd day of October ,
