CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT
OF EASEMENT FROM PACIFIC GAS &
ELECTRIC COMPANY - MARCO WAY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Grant of the right to con-
struct, maintain and use a street within the parcels of
land set forth in the Grant of the right to construct,
maintain and use a street, executed by the Pacific Gas &
Electric Company, a California corporation, on the 23rd
day of September, 1966, is hereby accepted, and the City
Clerk is authorized to record said Grant together with
this Resolution in the Official Rmcords of the Recorder
of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
