CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSAL BY TIlE
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO CHAMBER OF COI~fERCE
SPECIAL COMMITTEE FOR A FEASIBILITY STUDY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The Council does hereby approve in principle
the proposal for the conduct of a feasibility study;
2. The Council orders that a request be made to
the South San Francisco Parking Place Commission that
said Co~ission authorize an advance to the City Council
in the sum of Eighty-Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00)
pursuant to Sec.5 .OS (d) of Article V of Resolution No.2896,
passed the 16th day of November, 1959.
3. Upon receipt of the authorization and funds, the
City Manager and City Planner are authorized to:
(a) Receive proposals for a Feasibility Study
regarding rehabilitation and remodeling the Central
Business District.
(b) Approve for presentation to the COuncil
the nature and scope of a Feasibility Study and
the te~ms and Conditions upon which it is to be de-
veloped.
