CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
PROVIDING FOR TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAL
SYSTEMS, HIGHWAY LIGHTING AND CHANNEL-
IZATION AT THE INTERSECTION OF CHESTNUT
AVENUE AND CAMARITAS AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of that certain
Agreement between the City of South San Francisco, a
body politic and municipal corporation of the State of
California, and the State of California Department of
Public Works, Division of Highways, wherein provision is
made for the installation of a traffic control signal
system, highway lighting and channelization at the inter-
section of Chestnut Avenue and Camaritas Avenue within
State Highway Route 82 on E1 Camino Real, all within the
City of South San Francisco, is hereby authorized, and the
Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf
of the City, and City Clerk attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a adjou~ned~.gular
meeting held on the 24%h day of O¢%ober
