CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING AND HAUL-
lNG PERMIT TO MARCO AND MARIE SENALDI
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The Director of Public Works having filed a
report of his recommendations on the application of Marc°
and Marie Senaldi for a Grading Permit to grade the par-
cel of land shown on the plan entitled "Improvement Plan
of Marco Way No. 662009-D2, dated September 1966 - Job
No. 662009", prepared by Hans R. Mulber§, Civil Engineer,
the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to issue
the Grading Permit entitled "Grading Permit to Marco and
Marie Senaldi".
2. A permit be issued to Marco and Marie Senaldi
to haul excavated earth upon the filing by them in the
office of the City Clerk a bond in the sum of Two Thousand
and No Cents Dollars ($ 2,000.00 ) to indem-
nify City for any damage which they may cause to sidewalks
or pavements or sewers, and said bond shall also provide
for indemnifying the City for cost of removing from side-
walks or pavements all earth or material as may have fallen
or spilled from trucks, and such bond shall inure to the
benefit of City and shall give City the right of action
thereon in the event they fail to remove the earth or
material from sidewalks or pavements or repair any side-
walks or pavements or sewers damaged in conducting said
hauling operation.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution
was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Coun-
cil of the City of South San Francisco at a adjourned regular
meeting held on the 24th day of October , 19 66 ...,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
