CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING AND }~UL
PERMIT TO ARTHUR HASKINS, INC. AND FRED
BENETTI
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works
having filed a report of his recommendations on the
application of Arthur Haskins, Inc., Fred Benetti and
Brentwood Markets for a Grading Permit to grade a parcel
of land shown on the plan entitled "Grading Plan - Lands
of Benetti & Tuccori, Drawing #B1-597, dated 10/23/66, re-
vised 10/27/66", prepared by Mammond-Arata & Associates,
Civil Engineers and Surveyors, the City Council hereby
authorizes the City Clerk to issue the Grading Permit en-
titled "Grading Permit to Arthur Haskins, Inc. and Fred
Benetti".
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall col-
lect the cost of defraying the expense of the examination
and the report by the Director of Public Works in the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.OO) prior to issuance of the Permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a adjourned reqular
meeting held on the 24th day Of October , 19 66 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucellt, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Gorte$i~ Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
