CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE
OF AMENDMENT TO CALIFORNIA WATER SER-
VICE COMPANY AGREEMENT DATED JULY 18,1966
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the acceptance of the amendment
to the Agreement dated July 18, 1966, between California
Water Service Company, and the City of South San Francis-
co, wherein provision is made for fire hydrant installations,
is hereby authorized, with the understanding that the pay-
ment of funds recited in the principal Agreement and in
the amendment are to be made from the Stonegate Ridge Im-
provement District funds and not from funds of the City of
South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of November ~ 19 66 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucelli~ Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Oortesi~ Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
