A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 4533
PASSED SEPTEMBER 6, 1966
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that Resolution No. 4533 entitled
"A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND
NECESSITY REQUIRE THE ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN LAND AND
DIRECTING THE FILING OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDING" be
and the same is hereby rescinded.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of November
by the following vote:
